This is a fantastic cheap OSD. simple to wire up, and very accurate. It gets a GPS lock in about 10 seconds, even when cold. The only thing that would make this perfect would be the ability to switch off the feed to have a clean picture, but I'm not complaining.

I recommend this osd.

I have flown this for about 2 months on 2 different birds (quad and wing).. So far, this has been a good unit.. I like the stress relieved ends and the simplicity of hookup..
Connections are simplistic with a 3 pin in and a 3 pin out for video.. the GPS and current sensor simply plug in via the stress relieved cables supplied. While most are not capable of making these cables, at least they are made with typical servo style twisted wire and you can easily cut and adjust the lengths to fit your needs.. I added 3 wire connectors to the factory ends and now I can just pop the components out and put them on different birds in about 1 minute. I just wish this had come with the $5 cable to adjust the OSD screen..

This is a great and reasonably priced OSD. The documentation is not good, particularly the wiring diagram. However, the OSD works perfectly. I started it up for the first time and got satellite lock in about 5 seconds under a tree! Unheard of.

It performed flawlessly. Very much worth the 2 month wait time for stock to replenish! Would have given it 5 stars but for the poor wiring diagram in the instructions.

Very good... I use the GPS Modul also for Crius AIOP on serial port TX RX... For OSD you need only TX so you can use one GPS-Modul for both... Settings are 10Hz and speed 115200... Very good accuracy...

I would have given it 5 if it were'nt for a crazy miscalibrated current reader.
It's so faulty it's useless, i have an 8000 mah battery on my multicopter, it says that it has drawn like 14.500, when it really is 6000 mah.
I use the voltage value right now for "knowing when its time to land".

Besides that it's really great, the numbers are very clear, and the GPS is good!

First time wiring up an OSD and this was easy!
Can be done in about 15 minutes, and works fine. The HUD is clear and easy to read. Will post another review after first flight with it!

I'm a total FPV newbie and it was a total mind fark trying to work out how the hell this thing is supposed to be wired up. The not hugely informative piece of paper with 2 different wiring guides that was included made things even more confusing, I couldn't figure out how it was powered etc and was paranoid I would pump voltage from the flight pack into the video TX and fry it. It's pretty simple in the end, it's powered by the plane's RX, just attach the video wire and feed the output to the video RX. It's easiest to use a servo extension lead instead of soldering to the pins, fits perfectly on the pins.
