The Hobbywing QUICRUN Fusion SE 2300KV 540 sensored brushless motor with integrated 60A brushless ESC greatly reduces the overall size and weight of the conventional separate setup. It has been designed specifically for 1/10 crawlers and offers strong low-speed torque, extremely smooth running at low speeds, and is far superior to the common sensored brushless system that has gone before. This compact combo also includes a powerful, adjustable SBEC system (6~7.4V@6A) which makes it suitable for HV servos.
The FOC (Field Oriented Control) driving mode provides excellent control capability over the full torque and speed ranges, the Sine Wave driving mode provides high efficiency and lower temperatures. This means that things run cooler, quieter, and smoother, and run times per charge of your battery are extended. Other features of the QUICRUN Fusion SE combo are intelligent torque output, and closed-loop speed control, these features improve the slow climbing and slow steep descent capabilities of your crawler. Also included is a feature called "active drag brake force adjustment", which provides a super strong parking capacity on steep slopes.
The motor and ESC are both sealed to IP-67 standards, which means it's splash-proof, water-proof, and dust-proof under normal use, however, it has not been designed to be permanently immersed in water for any period of time. Provided for the protection of both motor and ESC are, battery low voltage protection, overheat protection, throttle loss protection, and lock-up (jammed motor) protection.
Setting the ESC parameters is very straightforward using the single set button, you can also set the parameters using the Hobbywing digital LED program card.
