I have previously purchased one of these Rx and am still using it. Great received. Using with a Futaba 9CAP.

Purchased 2 more. After great difficulty I have managed to bind one of them only. Like the idea of not having to buy crystals for a new receiver. Wish the binding was easier. Lots of time spent messing around trying to bind and set up the Rx.

After having problems with this receiver dropping out, and having trouble binding, I sent it back, received a credit for it, and ordered a new one. The new one has arrived, and works seamlessly on PCM and PPM for my Futaba T6EXAP transmitter. I'm now very happy with this product, and strongly recommend it.

I have a JR 2720 radio and recently bought 3 of these receivers but can only get them to sync with the 1st 2 frequencies on the transmitter which are 36.010 & 36.020 . I normally use 36.210 . Is this a feature build into the receiver or is it because the JR 2720 is multi frequency radio . As far as the receiver goes it is great once you work out the sequence to programming it

My R9000S receiver came today, packed neatly in a clear plastic, high density foam lined box. Binding the receiver with a transmitter is as easy as holding down the push button whilst turning on power to the receiver. One more quick push and the receiver detects and binds with the signal from a nearby transmitter.

At first I could not get the receiver to bind with my Futaba 6EXAP transmitter, using PPM or PCM modulation, but after about an hour, I worked out that placing the transmitter across the room fixed the problem. While the transmitter is within about 3m of the receiver, it will not bind with the signal, or, if a signal has already been programmed in, the receiver will drop out, and become non-functional until the 3m distance has once again been acquired.

Well made, aesthetically pleasing, functions well after testing over just 100m so far. Maybe not suitable for hand launch models, but otherwise a great product.

The RX is well made comes packed well in a nice clear box, it is small compared to a Futaba 9 channel PCM RX, this is good as sometimes it is hard oi fit a big RX into a small model, the instrucions are not the best English, but after reading them 3 times, I got the general idea...I have tested it on 5 chanels 470,330,390,130 & 430 on both PPM and PCM modes :- all locked on no issues. Range check also passed. The next big test is to fly it in a test plane.... If things go well and I suspect they will I will be buying more .... not having to buy another Xtal is a big saving.

Like some other buyers, I also could not get mine to lock on. After trying many times, I decided to return it for a replacement and then the problems began. After more than 3 months, Hobbyking still have not replaced the unit. I am VERY disappointed

Type your review here.I purchased this receiver , when I locked it in to 36.390 frequency it took a number of times for it to lock in and when it did it only had a range of 17 meters with areal down on my Futaba transmitter. I opted to fly the model a powered glider , I had problems with it and thought it was the model . I repaired it and flew it today and had similar problems and when I went to retreve it I fount even with the transmiter areal up the range was only about 60 meters . Not a happy modler .

Try to include as much data as possible.

This receiver is bad news.
Was finally able to sync it to my Futaba PCM, all seemed good, passed range test then first flight the Rx went into fail safe for no apparent reason.

When testing this on the bench afterwards I found that if I touched the Rx with my finger it immediately went into fail safe.
If placed near an ESC (a location where other Rx's were OK) it sporadically went into fail safe.

I purchased 2 and they both behaved the same way.
A total waste of money
