Excellent little powerhouse motors!

I have these mounted on an S500 frame that weighs 1466g with all components on-board. I was a little skeptical about the thrust ratings at first. I quickly found that they are every bit of what is claimed by HK. They easily lift the frame and hover at 50% throttle. I'm getting about 11.5 min. of fly time with a 4000 mAh 3s battery.

The motors are great, only issue is finding props. Currently the only props i can buy from the US warehouses are the carbon fiber self tightening ones. I'd like to see more props that i could actually put on these otherwise they're kinda limited.

Received the goods today, there is a thread of cw / ccw motor in reverse.

Three sets were ordered. Among them, the first set had a problem. We walked a claim with us.

Nice motors.I've got them mounted on a Quanum Nova using 9450 genuine DJI props and it lifts the 1650g mass easily.Working near the limit though with a mid throttle of 685 in Mission Planner.I've got retracts,a gimbal,a 5200mAh battery and a load of electrickery inside.Very smooth operation and the best sounding motors I have in flight.I thoroughly recommend them on a 360/450 class copter.With less weight they would be rockets.Just beware of the prop adapter only taking round hole or self tightening props.

These seem pretty good, they have good lift and have given the me the performance I expected for my 600mm H quad.
However the specs are very confusing and the reverse threads are very annoying and shouldn't exist as nylocks do a great job. also confusing why it says 12/14 pole

I have tried these motors on 3 different frames a 330, 600, and the HK Deadcat. I recommend smaller frames 450 or less. The flight characteristics I got with the 330 was so much fun. On arrival I noticed burrs or solder splatter in the bell housing a knife and it was removed. Easy to over tighten prop nut and pull shaft up and create drag. Overall good motor might order two more and put on a hex!

Never with them do not purchase.
In other stores Honkkong or china respond to mails within 24 hours are
Hobbyking and pathetic after 2 weeks.

These motors are a quality unit. Very good windings and build quality. However, they DO NOT, come with prop nuts or washers. And these motors come with one normal thread and one reverse thread. So for one motor you will need a regular M6 (6mm nylock nut) and the other one will require a left hand thread (reverse thread) M6 nylock nut which are hard to come by. This is something they didn't mention in the motor description... A bit disappointed about that

I received 4 of these motors and they look very well made. I have them in a phantom clone with 20A simonk esc's and a 3s Lipo. Out of the box the bearings had absolutely no play at all and were very smooth. I hovered for about 45 seconds because I had just put in a new flight controller. 1 of the 4 motors now has a noticeable amount of side to side play. The bearings look legit so I am guessing either an undersized main shaft or oversized race. Most likely an undersized shaft. 100pcnt QC is awesome if it works. Yes the props were balanced both vertically and horizontally.
