Survived about 10 cycles

I used this battery primarily in a TREX 600, however after about ten cycles, cell 1 was at zero volts. I had put the battery on a storage charge a week before this, so the voltage of C1 was ~3.8v before this. I cannot see any punctures that would short the cell, and the cell is puffy / under pressure, so I think the problem must be an internal short. I have removed the dead cell and now have a 5s pack.
