Shaft A is 3,17mm and NOT 3mm!

Ordered this Motor to replace the default Shaft with a 3mm hollow shaft. give it an educated guess: it doesn't fit...

I haven't tried this motor yet but I noticed shaft isn't 3 mm as mentionned but 3.2mm. Anyway it looks nice

I buy the second one for my Merlin MPX fantastic motor but he don't like crashes (broken axis) no spare part but cheap

Well just tested with my new Multiplex Merlin plane.

You will have to trim the inside of the nose to make it fit as recommended motor for this plane is 22mm.

I have coupled it with a 7x4 folding propeller, a folding prop spinner (35mm/3mm shaft, I had to perforate a bit larger the mounting hole of the spinner as the shaft wouldn't fit in it), and a 500mAh Zippy 3S lipo.

So far so good. This is enough power to fly this very stable and agile plane
