Box looked awesome. Heli had problems right off the bat. Mine was unflyable day 1. I emailed support for help and was told to return it. Only had a 7 day warranty, so i sent it right back to find out it takes 4-6 weeks for them to process it and tell me what they are going to do. Had no idea there was no customer support even when you buy from a local warehouse. Wont be buying anything big from here again. Spare parts showed up from china two days after the heli shipped from a few states over...2weeks after the order.

Decent little heli, mine wants to tilt to the right all the time can't take abuse like the mcpx and the motor quit after 2 flights. Overall better off spending the money for mcpx

Thought this was a good place to learn helis, was terribly mistaken. I'm sure the twitchy, super sensitive controls are an asset for those who know how to fly them, but for me it means i'll need to order about 10 sets of gears and connecty bits before i can manage not to crash it much (crashed both times i tried flying it, broke some stuff) controller setup is confusing and doesnt explain much.

Have bought 2 of these so far. First Rx would always make the heli drift backwards severely. Second Rx would take forever to bind or not bind at all. When it did bind, heli was all over the place. Figured out how to swap out with Walkera RX2622v-d and flies like a dream now. Motor has a lot of power and battery life is good (~7 min).

Come on HK get some parts in stock!!! Cant fly if we can't buy replacement parts!!! Get with the program. Great heli... Parts are very very scarce hince the low rating.

Admittedly, I'm a very novice heli pilot, but this bird was not anywhere near RTF out of the box. If the manual was easier to understand, it would have been a lot easier. Make sure that you have the transmitter programmed correctly before you try to spin it up. The tail gears are very fragile, you should probably order spares with the original purchase.

Flew great right out of the box. This was a great value, i recieved it for free when I ordered a 50cc motor! I live in WA so it only took a couple day's to get it.

Be very careful with the product. They have put too much crap in a too small package and the result is something that will not sustain long term. Couple that with virtually no product support, a very unstable radio system (mine wouldnt bind!) , and a deceitful warranty operation and you have the makings for a real disappointment. There are better alternatives stateside that are fully supported!



Avoid at all costs!

i receive mine with a bend tail shaft!, heli is unstable, and the controller is default on plane mode, i had to flip thru the manual and took me quite a while to figure out how to do it. one servo strip when it suffer a minor crash....somehow mine does not fly out of the box...: (
anyone had the same problem as mine?
