Southern Rail HO Scale 4 Car Set NSW NPRY/PRX Cement Hoppers with PTC Blue L7 Logo Series 2 (18221Q)

These cement carrying hoppers were built over three series between 1978 and 1987. The first series entered service coded PRX, changing to NPRY in 1979. The second series was coded PRY and and subsequently changed to NPRY, the third series was coded NPRF. The hoppers were constructed of aluminum featuring a single cell "Tear Drop" cylinder, this allows the contents to be air discharged through a central discharge point.

This is a set of 4 double bogie Series 2 cement hoppers in HO scale in NSW NPRY/PRX livery with a gunmetal and red color scheme. They are ready to run with highly detailed bodies, underframes and chassis, etched stainless steel walkways and ladders, blackened nickel silver turned solid wheels and geniune Kadee 159 scale couplings. The bodywork is injection molded, the metal parts have been applied separately and the detailing is for the 1978 period.
