all i can say is WOW..... this thing pushes some airperfect motor, very impressive thrust, good price, I've 2 on a carbonfiber Rafale, very very positiveIs it just me, or did they jack up the price from $150 to $200?Tried using this motor with the new Turnigy K-Force 150A OPTO 2-6S Brushless ESC and fried the motor. Hoffman Magnetics confirmed that it DOES NOT work with Turnigy ESC, you have to use the Castle Creations 125 amp ESC.these motors are the very finest i have seen in operation and do perform as their ad says or better if you are brave enough to push to the limit. Make sure you use a VERY GOOD esc or you may blow it these motors will not disappoint you.This motor/ fan combination works well, but could be better. I've got two on a homemade flying wing and together they produce about 8.5lbs static thrust on 2x 5S 3000mah 30C batteries. THe plane flies with lots of authority but high-end speed could be improved slightly. 5 stars for general abilities but not really worth $190 -
