I actually wanted to purchase receivers for this transmitter. At the time, what I was looking for was not available in the US. I bought these because they were cheap and available. You guys have made it more difficult to purchase because of the Limited stock in the US as well as shipping from a location on the other end of the continent. This is left me with orders that take a week or more to arrive and limited options to buy without having to pay for shipping from overseas. I feel like HobbyKing has lost a lot of its appeal to me and I have look for other sources to purchase. I miss the old HobbyKing and don't expect to see much from the new one.

It works! It provides a good amount of sun blockage making it easier to see the screen. But the screen itself is very glossy and reflective, not a fault of the sun shade but I think a matt film over the screen would complete the package.

This sun shade make it possible to keep your screen visible. On sunny days you have to keep your transmitter in the shade and the backlight on 100 pcnt. This shade makes life easier because during flight you can for example read timer values. The vertical trims stay reachable. Assembly is easy an when you open the shade framework you can easily line up with the screen edges.

Well, lets just say it works but makes it very hard to trim your plane mid flight, it slightly encroaches on the elevator trim and if it is in the up position and you model is so badly set up that you cant take your hand off the elevator it is impossible to trim. I would not recommend it, I would just deal with the screen glare.

kann man sich sparen. der obere Deckel zu gross!
