great overall car, its a shame it has a plastic shock absorbers they broke on the 3rd day, in addition the spur gear is to near the ground. i grind mine and had to replace it

but i still think the car is wonderfull

i have had this truck for a month runned it like for half galon now. on the first day that it arrived it came with the fuel tank leaking and after 2 tanks one of the front tires broke. then the spur gear stripped. bougt the metal one from the electric one and then the clutch bell striped due to loose motor mounts. some cheap upgrades and yesterday i runned it and it was awsome. sealed the tank with epoxy, instal metal spur gear on the center diff from the electric trooper changed the clutchbell from an HPI 15 t hardned metal and with ventilation. bougt used wheel and tires on ebay and made some bigger ventilation holes in the body. also bought some spare parts here like for $20 couse im from PR and the there are no stores here. yesterday runned it 4 or 5 consecutive tanks and in the first one crashed. chassi bended on the back end. just used some spare plastic terminal straighten the back end an continiu running perfect. no fails from the engine or the carburator. due to vibration screws loosen but a little locktight glue makes wonder. doesnt bring tooles or glowplug. next upgrade that i would like couse they are realy cheap an plastic are the servos. averall good car but need some upgrades to run from box.

muy buen 4x4, lo recomiendo 100pcnt, el tamao indicado en las especificaciones es correcto, tiene buen pique y una muy buena amortiguacion a la hora de realizar saltos, el nico problema fue que lo enviaron sin el manual de despiece, pero ya me estn solucionado este inconveniente. muy buen carro lo recomiendo

Nice car, but I would say it is on the minimum quality level for such car to be bought. Not bad, considering price, but you should not expect any miracles.
The supplied remote works well, but as well "cheepoo".
As I am new to nitro engines, break in and tuning does not goes easy for me.
I am not sure how good are the factory settings on the needles, but definitively note them down before starting any changes, I did not and do not know them now (screw in the needles counting how many rounds you are turning to know the default "settings").

Car goes fast and gives impression of lot of power, though warms up fast (settings to be changed).

Definitively order a metal spur gear, as the plastic one will strip in no time.
Also take couple spare shock absorbers and "arms", links. They are cheep and !!! front/rear is identical up to differentials(actually you will be damaging front anyway :) )

First damages : spur gear missing 2 tooths and front shock absorber broken (top cap in half). Shock absorber was damaged in a hefty colision with metal table leg, no wonder...

A would recommend buying this car if you do not have high expectations (as first nitro car), but DEFINITIVELY have a bag of spare parts ordered as well !
