Turnigy trust 70A and 55A are great A+++

I have had the 55A for about a year and just bought installed and used the 70A. Both ESC's work as they should and have not given me any issues. The 55A runs 5 cell lipo's and the 70A runs 6cell lipos all day with no issues. Thanks HK

I connected this ESC to my brand new Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 3542-1250kv Brushless Outrunner Motor, ran it for a few minutes and did some minor programming, (turned on the soft start), everything seemed to be OK. I removed the motor leads, plugged in my brand new Turnigy Servo Tester to the source 5.5v from the TURNIGY TRUST 70A SBEC, plugged in the same 4S battery as before and the ESC immediately started to smoke. It fried one of the large caps on the ESC and nearly shorted my 4S. There was no warning or reason for this to happen. I didn't even get a chance to plug in a servo wire for testing. So, after this I wanted to trouble shoot this event to see if any of the other components were damaged. I connected a JETI 40 amp esc I have had for a while that has been superb. I did the same process as before with the TURNIGY TRUST 70A SBEC. Nothing eventful happened. The same 4S, the same Turnigy Servo Tester, and this time I connected all 5 servos, centered them, ranged them without incident. I removed the shrink-wrap covering and could see no visible signs of shorting or discoloration except one IC chip next to the positive BAT connector. I stripped back my battery connector to verify I didn't solder a short and it was OK. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and would like a refund or an alternate ESC in the 60-70 amp range provided free of charge.

Nice strong ESC. Programming is a bit confusing since the tones don't seem to change in the patterns on the instruction manual you will have to just work through all the tones till you figure it out. make sure you separate the pinion gear from the main gear before you program this for safety.

Love this line of ESCs. Have them in all my planes. (EFX Racers, Cosy Float Plane and a Super Sportster). Paired with the programming card they are simple to setup and get flying!

El SpeedControl es muy completo, supero por mucho mis expectativas puesto que incluye un regulador de voltaje interno que me permiti alimentar mi receptor y directamente mis servos, yo lo utilice en un avin con una batera de 6S 3300 mah y 25C, en el motor de la serie NTM 52-58 con una pala 15x8E y estuvo a la altura, no se calent, no presento fallas, simplemente de lo mejor que hay en el mercado.
Viene en empaque original de Turnigy con manual de usuario que es solo por si eres muy tcnico, puesto que es muy intuitivo este dispositivo
Si lo que buscan es un SpeedControl de alto amperaje, esta es su opcin definitivamente.

Using the with a Turigy 810 motor. First - The BEC on this unit cannot supply enough power for 3 servos (Hextronic MG-14) I purchased a Castle 20A BEC for this reason. Second - This ESC intermittently will not boot. To get it to boot I have to disconnect everything and reconnect. When I say no boot, that means no beeps or anything. I replaced all connections and resoldered bullets/XT60 to verify it wasnt connection. Once booted it seems to bench test fine. I am about to maiden my SkyHunter, we shall see how it performs.

I have four of these and have not had a problem with any of them. Great value. Would recommend buying.
