Turnigy TZ4 AWD 1/28 Mini Touring Car Ver.3 Drift Edition is a mini size RC drifter with a big guy attitude…The Ver.3 is based on the latest MINI-Q chassis and has all the features of its bigger 1/10 scale brothers from tunable suspension and chassis set up to swappable Lexan bodies and adjustable wheelbase. Perfect for drifting around the kitchen floor on rainy days or clear your desk at work and test your skills by not letting it fall off the edge or letting the boss catch you.
Performance is unprecedented for its size with shaft drive AWD and front and rear solid diffs, full ball bearings and Carbon chassis. The 2 cell 400mAh LiPoly Battery provides ample run time. The upgraded PCB and 3 wire servo give the TZ4 AWD much faster and smoother respone on steering and throttle and there is a full list of hop-up and replacement parts, and with the removable body posts and adjustable wheel base chassis the Turnigy TZ4 AWD is Compatible with a host of Kyosho Mini-Z body shells wheels and tires!
The Ver.3 has an extended wheelbase of 100mm compared to the Ver.2 which was 94mm, this extra 6mm makes the car a lot easier to handle in a drift and allows for much more consistent arcs and more controlled and precise changes of direction, in other words you won't spin out quite so easily.
Because it is based on the Mini-Q chassis it is very easy to use the hard plastic shells from the Mini-Q or Kyosho Mini-Z. It can also be fiited using the concealed fixings of the Mini-Q by removing the body posts and adding the Mini-Q front body mount.
You just need a HobbyKing GT2 or GT2-B radio to “Bind and Drive” the TZ4 AWD, and commandeer a room, or desk, to hone your indoor Tokyo Drift skills!!!
