Bench testing reveals higher IR values than what should be present for a 20C pack on some of the cells. This occurs on multiple packs indicating the problem is not an aberration.
And yes this is after "forming" charge cycles.
Better quality control would eliminate this problem and improve the packs.

The IR on each cell varied greatly on multiple packs. At least one cell was so high that there is no way the pack can reach 60-80% of it's continuous C rating. With better QC these would be good packs, yet they seem to do better than other Hobbyking packs in bench testing.
