I ordered 3 of these and when I took the box out of my mailbox there was a liquid all over the main box, so I opened it to find that whoever packaged these they took 1 battery out of the white battery box and the battery leaked whatever liquid stuff everywhere in the box, I have filed a support claim with HK with no response as of yet, I will update when I do.

The balance connectors come off the cells and then you have high priced brick, don't waste your money or time on these.

I fly F3A and I bought three of these batteries this year as a trial. I did a break in on all three units, but one of them showed twice the internal resistance on two cells as on the other eight cells. This battery lasted approx 30 cycles and after a routine flight, suddenly puffed so extremely that the shrink wrap actually split open. After about 40 cycles, another of the units started to puff so I removed it from service as well. Apart from the puffing, the batteries showed very good power through the flight...better in fact than other more expensive brands. So, after a full season, only one of the three batteries remains in service. Other colleagues who use the Compacts have have better service, but occasionally the same experience. I will continue to buy them, but immediately return any that show more than 5 milliohms on any cell.

Very satisfied with this pack.
Pulling a 7.8kg warbird with a Turnigy G160 / 18x10 wood prop / CC 80A HV ESC. 8 min. of flight time a fair reserve! Strangely this pack delivers noticiable more power than 2P 5S 5000mAh 35-70C Nano-tech (!) the 4 Nano I've got puffed after 10-12 cycles as the Zippy Compact is like new after 30 cycles. To me, a great value !
Just be VERY carefull with the balancing plugs! DON'T INVERT THEM!!!
Like any single pack over 6 cells, n1 plug is on the side of the minus wire of the pack. On your multi-balance board, this n1 balance plug goes to the side (often) marked with a larger white band!!! (corresponding to the (-) black wire side of the balance board connector to the charger) And of course to the 5S plugs!
