    The Turnigy Reaktor 300W 20A AC/DC Synchronous Balance Changer is now compatible with NiZN and LiHV, max voltage 4.7V and comes with updated software. The Turnigy Reaktor range of chargers are known for their big power and diminutive size, the latest Turnigy Reaktor offering has stuck with this formula but it now includes a built in AC power supply as well as the 10~28V DC input.

    This high power balancing charger / discharger can provide up to 20A charge rates and handle up to 6S Li-poly/LiFe/LiHV or 17S NiCd/NiMH/NiZN accurately. Not only does the Reaktor 300W offer a super high charge rate capability it now features storage charging, cyclic charging / discharging, 10 charge parameter memory and high power balancer.

    When using AC power input the charger can supply a constant 15V/23A output that can be used to supply power to a separate DC charger.

    The Turnigy Reaktor 300W is an all-in-one power house charging solution for your R/C models batteries.

    Logical follow-up

    I'm used to using AC Reaktor 300W 20A with power supply.
    In my R/C club four club mate use them without any
    I really needed to have an other charger and instead to buy other power supply I decided to choice an AC/DC Reaktor 300W 20A
    Seems to share same technology without any issue

    Excellent AC/DC Charger

    This charger does the job for me.
    I have used it on a 12v battery to charge 'in the field' and also used it to charge from 230v supply. It works well in both situations.
    The Internal power supply is able to power my tyre warmers at the same time as charging so I do not need an extra supply or battery when mains power is available.
    The voltage calibration is very close to the indicated values.
    Although it appears to be similar to the popular iChargers it misses some features, in particular it does not respond to the standard steps to enter 'calibration mode'.
    I have not used the regenerative discharge feature nor have I tried the full 20A capability of the charger, but I have charged Pb batteries, and charged and discharged LiPo and LiFe types without any problems.
    The Saved settings feature is very useful.

    A nice feature is the display of the battery internal resistance, wich give you an idea of your battery status.
    The 300W output can be obtain only with 28dc input.
