I bought 3 of these some time ago, and just got around to trying them. Seemed to work well, HOWEVER. Not polarity protected (what do you expect for 2 bucks??). If you plug a battery in backwards while the charger is powered (plugged into a USB), you get the cutest little puff of smoke. Now I have one left, ha ha. Pretty steep learning curve there! Also, the one that I used overcharged the cell slightly (to 4.22v). Not enough to damage it, but it will shorten the life of the cell quite a bit.

I have a lipo turnigy battery 2s 1300mAh with both cells down to 1.6-1.7V and normal lipo charger don't want to charge.
With this charger i bring to 3.2-3.4V per cell and then putt on normal charger. :)

Not much documentation, but it's a pretty simple product. The jumpers to select the charging current are labeled. The 4 pin header opposite the USB input port are 2 parallel and - terminals. You could easily hook up 2 cells in parallel using these (though it would be pretty slow for larger cells since it still only charges at 500mA max). The final charging voltage is 4.0v. I haven't checked to verify that the cutoff voltage for the constant current phase of charging is 4.2v, but when I do, I'll update this review. The LED blinks green when charging is done.
