    Product Description

    A high thrust and well-designed Electric Ducted Fan unit for high power applications, the 12 blade arrangement makes for a quiet fan unit with an amazing sound, this is the closest you will ever get to the sound of a Turbine!

    Made with 30% FRP, the individual blades are not only able to absorb high power, high rpm motor set up's, this arrangement also allows for precise blade alignment and rotor balance. The blade locking arrangement is precise and simple to assemble, two-rotor adapters can be used, one for 5mm motor shafts (supplied) and one for 8mm shafts (not supplied), suitable motors are 36mm~39mm diameter. If you have noise concerns at your flying field or are just looking for that realistic Whoooshing sound, this is the fan for you!

    Rotor Diameter: 89mm  blade
    Material: carbon fiber reinforced Nylon rotor 
    Shaft adaptor to motor: 5mm or 8mm (8mm not included)
    Max RPM: 45000 RPM

    * Please note, some 39-40mm motors may require material to be removed from the shroud or motor casing for a perfect fit.

    Runs smooth in my hand on 6 cell - but when I bolted it to some wood there was some vibration ... the cone section looks great but appears as tot hat where the balancing need addressing , Or perhaps thats is machined like that to bring to balance . I havent used it yet , I may remove the cone and just fir a flat alloy washer . again . the cone loks good its really the locating center of fan where cone mounts seems to be a little out . Good value if it urns out to run smooth when I do install it

    Awesome unit. Out of the box balanced. I have 5 of these in my jets . Using on various inrunners. SK3 1900kv on 6S,
    SK3 1500KV 8s, DRMadThrust 1600kv and 1700kv 6S. All are great systems.
