mine worked for a day...then it fried, i it becomes way too hot at normal voltage, i checked wiring and voltage and they are all normal... so what did i do wrong? anybody have same experiences? or like the TGY DP 3A esc, they changed the components to newer components making it fry over 3.7v

Great ESC. im using it with 1S Lipo and the " hexTronik 2 gram Brushless Outrunner 7700kv" with GWS3020 for a multi-copter. The ESC is easy to use and fast responding.
The negative sides:
It sometimes has problems to startup the motor.
Further: Mention that it has (besides the power-electronik and the controller) no circiut components like other ESCs have. Obviously there are reasons, why others need some stabilization and filter circuits. In my case it was necessary to buffer the power supply with an capacitor to get stable operation.

Extremely lightweight and it works right after soldering wires. I had some troubles starting two tested motors (T2211-2300 worse, and TR2204-14T almost ok). After start, run smoothly.
I know that motors were bigger than appropriate and lower KV, but by my guess it should be easier to handle for ESC?
Perhaps lower resistance of pack and wires, and/or a capacitor at input, would improve startup? I have used only 100mAh 1s (20C).
Anyway, it seems ok and I am looking forward the use with much smaller motor.

Very good, very cheap. Works well when flashed (BL Heli) for mCP x tail (does NOT work without flashing!!!)

I have been using one of these for about a month on a rewound T1400-4500 brushless motor. Worked well except sometimes the motor would not start. I thought it was a motor problem but yesterday I replaced it with a TYG DP 3A. The motor works perfectly with the DP 3A. I tired a new T1400-4500 and a HK1608 5900 with this ESC and saw a few starting problems. Both run perfectly on the DP 3A ESC. I prefer DP 3A.

Works great with a Spektrum 6400 and 2g outrunner on 1s. Easy to solder wires on with a nice small tip iron.
Check the manual in the files tab for how to set the throttle range, by default mine wouldn't completely stop until the range was reset.
