these are good screws and will fit the sk450 frame so that way all you have to do is by the arms and dead cat conversion kit so that way you don't have to buy the original sk450 frame it save 20$ but make sure you use some thread locker

should work between 3-12.5v, I've seen one go as high as 12.4v and I powered one with two low AAs producing 3v, but the volt meter said 3.4v. It is accurate at mid to high voltage.
