I agree with the other reviewer. For its size this puts out a good amount of power, and It has survived several hard crashes.

This is a great little motor! Plenty of power for foam planes and small scratch builds. It's tough too! I have crashed mine numerous times, including a couple of straight nose dives, and it's still holding up.

The little motor that could! I run this on a 2s scratch built foamie with 8x8 apc. It gets warm, but not too hot to concern me. Would buy again and recommend

I have this motor on a Crack Turbo Beaver. Using a GWS 9x5 DD prop, Blue Series 12a esc and Nano Tech 370 3s packs here are the numbers: Full throttle = 13.04 amps, 10.94 volts, 150.8 watts. Half throttle (hovering) is right around 4.5 amps. Motor gets quite warm. Not sure if it will last long but for the price, i'll see how far it will go.

I use this motor on my depron SUMO 3D model (250g), with 3S lipo and 7x5 propeller. It has plenty of power for this model, also for vtol take off.

Awesome little motors. Using several in scratchbuilt foambaord nutballs. 10a plush esc, 8x4.5 prop, nanotech 3s 500. AUW 245G. Flight times are 8mins. Ear to ear smile after every flight!

These really are great little motors. I use them on scratch built nutballs and 32" foamies. I use HK 460-500 mah and HK 7x4 props. I'm getting up to 8min flights and the smile on my face last all day!!

I bought this for use on a 230g profile 3D foamie. I have flown about 15 flights and it is already burnt out. Ive used 3S with a 8x4 and supposedly could move up to a 9x5, but if it burnt out on an 8x4 i wouldn't try. pos motor, going back to my sunnysky's. For the price of buying one of these then replacing it, you could have a great quality motor elsewhere.

I can't believe how good these motors really are. They weight out at 22 grams,
so they're a slightly heavier replacement for the old style 2204-1400 pancake motors that show up on everything. These motors are super efficient in power consumption and produce bunches more power than the old 2204. My sport planes typically get 40-50pcnt more battery life flying the same way. Mount on the same holes as the 2204. Highly, highly recommended.
