Worked fine at first. Didn't take long to figure out there is a quality control issue with this motor. At about 3/4 throttle it came to a screeching halt. Drop throttle and start again with same results. Found out that the stator with the wire windings worked loose from the motor housing. At about 3/4 throttle it would start to spin on the housing and lose timing causing it to stop. All three of these motors i got do the same thing. So it wasnt just a fluke. I assume that separating the motor and glueing the stator on firmly will fix the issue. I am waiting for one to dry to test it.

whatever Ive writen before - forget it - this motor is rubbish. Bearing becoming hot on 3S, one of two was burning by using an 8x6 prop. POS

It is good motor but where is motor mount? draw more current, gives less thrust compared to other motors in it's size. It is not bad motor but also not very good one, something in between.

Great little motor. Attached this my my makeshift hovercraft and worked a treat, plus the fact that it didn't cost a lot was a bonus.

Badly designed motor. They have decent grunt but the shaft is stupidly long at the rear and cannot be adjusted. You would think you can take the grub screws out and the housing the slide the shaft up? no.. took them apart... the stop of the shaft is fixed to the spinner, it's not sliding anywhere. They also have a chunky 4.2mm axl

I ended up with six of these. admittedly I crashed my quad and bent two of the props. But then today while hovering one of the motor shafts sheared off at the groove where the e-clip holds it on. Which by the way is where the other two bent.

Good motor for this price. I run it in a flying wing with 1000mm(39.4in) wingspan and
460g(14.8oz) weigth. Prop 8x4(fold). 3S 850mA lipo. Goes unlimited vertical and has
around 5min motor runtime.

Very nice motor although I couldn't slide the shaft through without fear of damaging it. It would need a thin firewall for attaching it behind the propeller.
