Baked to perfection, the WOODIE series of wood blades are light, stiff and great for practice or sport flying.
The forgiving shape and flex make these blades great for anyone not into hard-core 3D!
Crashing your helicopter with stiff and unforgiving carbon-fiber or fiberlgass blades usually means you will break rotor head components, strip gears or twist shafts, making repairs difficult and sometimes costly. Wood blades break easier than fiberlgass or carbon-fiber in a crash situation and will effectivly 'take one for the team', saving you costly and time consuming repairs.
Flying with wood blades is the best choice for beginners and sport flyers who want to fly longer with less down-time.
Spec.
Length: 325mm
To suit: 450 helicopters (HK450)

So I just calculated my head speed on the 450GT Pro I am about to build as 4494 hover RPM at the beginning of the flight down to 3994 hover RPM at the end of the flight. Are you guys saying these blades would not be safe at that head speed? Sorry, I'm new. *) [Those calcs come from the 2200mah 25c battery, 150T main gear, 13T pinion, and a 4400kv motor (Turnigy 450/500) at 90pcnt peak efficiency.]

Dont buy them! One of them have broke of the original mounting while the plastic mounting part was still in the rotor head. The wood didnt resist the forces. Someone could have been killed with this.

I ordered for pairs of these and one pair was damaged.

All four pairs were kind of matched, weight was on about the same level within a pair, lightest was around 25g, heaviest around 29g. Should do their job for a beginner. Recommended.

perfectas. bien equilibradas. comentar que en ebay se venden unas bien parecidas, pero no tienen comparacin. stas son menos rigidas y se rompen antes en caso de golpe. las recomiendo

Fortunately, only bought a kit. Quality-bad! There is no balance. Coating is damaged. Base thick. Despite the low price-thrown the money.

Just spooled up (throttle curve set for woodies) a balanced set (it took 3/4 of a balancing sticker on 1 blade), tracked them, lifted off....2" into the air & BAM!!! one blade flew apart at the grip & shot forward skidding across the parking lot 20ft. DESTROYED: feathering shaft, main shaft, main gear (head stopped due to centrifugal force & motor ate gear), tail assembly hit pavement (thank goodness for training gear or the frame & canopy would have been shattered). This is not a $3 pair of blades, it's a $50 trip to the work bench!

I ordered 3 sets. Finish is awful, pitted and lumpy. The leading edge is very uneven on all blades too. The C of G is so far out that they cannot be practically balanced and on top of that the weight difference of each blade requires just too much tape. I tried them anyway after very careful balancing but they just would not stay in track and vibrated quite a bit too (due probably to the huge amount of tape used). You really do get what you pay for, don't bother with these and pay a couple of dollars more.

Fr den Preis sind die Bltter super. Habe drei Paar bestellt.
