    Hobbyking brings scratch builders our own brand XPS light weight foam board.  Our foam board is very similar to Depron and is perfect for foam model construction.

    Available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thickness and in 500 x 700mm and 1000mm x 700mm sheet sizes, this foam board is ideal for constructing 3D profile or scale subjects.

    Each pack contains 20 pieces! providing more than enough foamboard to build your own personal airforce.

    Dont forget that we can of course also provide everything else you will need for your foamboard project, from glue right through to motors, esc, batteries and servos.

    Nice Foam to build small rc planes

    This is nice foam to build small rc planes. I have started with this 3mm foam but for my bigger models i need thicker foam 5mm or 10mm! It is superlightweight!!!!

    ok not as good as depron too brittle but at the price it goes a long way .great care needed to bend for indoor flying stay away from walls it wont take to much abuse

    I have built one plane with this foam i use two layers glued together with white Wood glue this makes it a lot tougher and the extra weight is not much.

    Recieved it well packed no damage i measured the foam thickness to 2,8mm the foam is quite crisp and breaks easily but covered with wingtape i think it will be okay
