The Aerostar Automatic Advance Ignition System is a compact, lightweight and reliable unit for single cylinder gas engines. It features a very wide input voltage, 4.8~15V so it is very versatile but best results have been found using a 7.4V LiPoly battery. The unit is suitable for a rev range of 0~16000rpm with a working current of 380mA @ 9000rpm. The set is quite complete and includes the CDI unit, hall sensor, 2 x mounting brackets with screws, sparkplug cap (suits CM-6), battery lead, spiral wrapping, connector clip and instruction manual.

I used this ignition on a dle 20 for about 5-6 flights and it broke down.
No spark suddenly.
I opend the igntion cover and found that the electrical board is without epoxy.
Meaning that vibrations will distroy the ignition.
There was an electrical component loose on the boars,i don't recomend this ignition for rc planes !! it's not evevn water sealed so watch out !!!
