Excellent - finally!

Nicely constructed, holding up well (so far) under my 14+ lb Spitfire. Nice, slow retraction / extension cycling, very pleasing to watch. Fairly priced for value obtained, miles ahead of typical plastic-cased retracts. If they prove durable over time, they will be very happily installed into future airplanes.

Bought a pair of these retracts for my scratch built Tony Nijhuis Lancaster...specifications looked ideal and initially operated in trial mode while still building....for some unknown reason, one unit failed on a subsequent test and because of lack of local stock, I had to buy a replacement from Europe warehouse and had to pay as much in postage as I did for the replacement unit!...I'm hoping I don't have further problems as shipping from Europe is not ideal!

Arrived on time and in good order. Plenty of power (watch your fingers!) and scale retract speed. No worries about hard landings breaking these units! Unbeatable price too.
