does not fit dx6i

doesn't work in my dx6i. the hex shaft is too small in diameter and it just spins inside the wheel instead of engaging. turns out it is exactly the same as one I ordered on eBay that had the same defect (they returned my money promptly without argument). I measured the broken shaft on the stock wheel and it is significantly larger in diameter on my digital caliper. so after waiting a month for international shipping, I still have a dead dx6i and I cant find a replacement.

Thank you for making up for Horizon's deficiencies

If it weren't for the poor quality of components used by Horizon, this wouldn't be necessary. Thankfully HK makes this part.
I have a DX6i, one of the latest versions just before they were discontinued. The roller hex pin is a bit small for the potentiometer. But just two wraps of scotch tape and it fits perfectly. One wrap may also do the trick but I ended up wrapping twice the first time and it worked.
Lesson learned with Horizon products - I don't buy from them any more. Never had a problem with quality of HK products - gonna stick with them.

An essential spare as the original can be a little fragile if you are a bit heavy handed - this slots straight in so an easy fix and given its higher strength will easily last the life of the radio

These are a must. I have broken 2 plastic ones already. I'm sure these will work fine. Should have left them grey or alu colour.
