If you like moulded fiberglass and smooth curves, you will love our .70 Aquila.
Faithfully modelled on the original Aquila A 210 which was primarily used for cruising and training as well as the occasional Cuba/South Florida cocaine run.
The Aquila comes 95% finished. Trimming the canopy, servo installation and motor/hardware plus landing gear is pretty much all that is required to complete this model. (Around 4-5hrs)

Spec.
Wing Span: 67in / 1700mm
Wing Area: 496sq in / 32sq dm
Fuselage length: 49in / 1250mm
Flying Weight: 71lb / 3200g
Engine: .70 glow engine
Servos: GWS park size (20g or larger)

This is a large plane!

model is a trash stole with ease, not obeying the most basic commands in addition to being very heavy during the flight without engine is completely without charge, to spend their money on this crap
flies like a hammer is horrible.

Very good airplane. I am flying mine with an AXI 2826/12 on a 4sw pack. Battery needs to go through firewall and into the cowl space for CG. (The fiberglass fuse is a little heavy.) Floats foreverbe prepared to chop throttle waaay out!

I don't have this plane, but i saw it flying.

It glides very well, and may long to land. You can use a program on your tx to use the fins as flaps

To the customer above who said, "that it is racist to note down the history of this plane":

He should learn about the Model-T Ford. It was known to be the fastest car to get away from the cops when running moon shine (illegal alcohol selling). What a douce bag to pre-judge someone for just noting historical facts to a model.

Lighten up, Francis! Jeez...nothing was mentioned about race in the comment. It is a FACT that these planes were used to smuggle cocaine. many different people were involved in flying them. A little sensitive?! That comment is known as humor, you obviously have no sense of that.
