Very nice and easy to assemble aircraft with a very realistic appearance.
Very important to mount the propellers and the direction of the ailerons correctly, as well as the center of gravity (C.G.) around 55 mm. (between 55 and 60 mm).
Happy with the purchase that was delivered to me without delay.

Great plane, but please check flap settings before maiden

Really nice scale plane but notice that a few of this plane (my group ordered total of 6) has the flap servo control arm set wrongly. One of them had the flap servo burnt even in close position due to binding.
Also very disappointed with HK, the support keyed in wrong invoice price resulting in my orders being over charged by $40 each for import tax at customs. Reached out to HK support. They only play waiting game despite repeated follow ups. It has been 2 months and nothing came back. I they will never make good their wrongs.

I cannot objectively evaluate the model because I returned it unused. Unfortunately after a month I have not got my money back. Very bad experience with returning goods. Otherwise, the model is very well made, it just doesn't suit my runway.

Awesome Scale Flyer!

This plane is a delight to fly! Every time I go to the flying field, I'm asked if I brought the C-130 with me. It has a great presence in the air, and while it can do basic aerobatics like most Avios planes, it looks best flying scale like a real C-130! The scale retracting landing gear and cargo door make a nice wow factor while flying, and it's very fun to practice combat cargo drops. Just a few areas to watch out for, the wing to fuselage connection was a very tight fit, so I carefully take it to the field fully assembled and ready to go. Especially on a grass field, I noticed the nose gear has a tendency to get stuck in the full right turning position, so I use full left rudder (left nose gear) until the plane starts the takeoff rollout, then I quickly neutralize rudder inputs until the plane is airborne. Once it's in the air it has very tame and dialed in flying characteristics! For landing, reducing power while using the elevator to keep the nose up on the final flare will allow for a precise landing every time.

I was somewhat in doubt about this aircraft. 4 engines on 4s had me thinking short flight time. I was surprised to say the least. I got 7 minutes with it on my second flight and still had 45% left on my 2200mah 50c battery. The thing about this Avios C-30 is the details and high quality at a decent price.

This is my first multi engine plane.
Package arrived in good shape and minimal delays.
Didn't realize that the drop tanks were only for the coast guard version.
Assembly was straight forward but I couldn't access the Manual via the QR code using my Apple phone or Samsung tablet.
Got my bill for duty and brokerage fee of $83.00 which was a big surprise since it was shipped to Canada and local shipping within the US is free.
Looking forward to many hours of enjoyment with the C130.

Trying to assemble the model I noticed that the connectors between the tail section and the fuselage didn't line up and was took a lot of work to get in place. When it was done I noticed that the stickers at the edge of the battery hatch and vertical stabilizer was falling off in "flakes" at the edges.
The final thing I realized was that the hinges for the elevators moved verticaly and sometimes prevented the surfaces to rotate into a climbangle and the rudder had much less movement then the first version has.
It has been returned to the warehouse in hope that it will be replaced with a better example. With luck I will be able to make a better review soon.
