The measured weight is 23 g but not 19 g, i.e. 4 g more than specified!

Nevertheless, the brushless micro motor runs pretty good enough in my lightweight Modell airplane "Sternchen" by usage of a 5"x3" propeller (e.g. H5011A) and any available 10 A ESC (maximum current about 6 A on ground).

I have purchased 3 of these and put 2 on Bonsai's with a spare for the field repair kit. 1 of the 2 has had some of the magnets come loose. To be fair I have hit many poles trying to Salem at the park. I do however think the Quality could be a little better. But with the way they perform on the Bonsai and considering the price I will continue to buy as needed.

I use this motor in my Mini Swift (4.75x4.75e TSG) and Bonsai (5x5e TSG), the motor works well in both planes. I use a 3mm prop saver and M2 nuts&bolts to install. Plenty of power, both will fly at 50pcnt throttle and do airobatics, with limited vertical. Pros - low price, powerful (good magnets) and solid. Cons - (1) The shaft is pressed into the bell (no screw). It came loose in the mini-swift almost straightaway - to fix it I removed the shaft, dinted it with a centre punch - use original 4 score-marks as a guide - and then taped it back in with a light hammer - be careful not to bend the shaft and get the position just right. The fix worked well. (2) It doesn't come with M2 nuts and bolts, you need three for installation.
