    The Basher BSR BZ-888 1/8 4WD Racing Buggy is the latest addition from the Basher design team and this time they've out done themselves again with a truly race ready 1/8 scale buggy straight out of the box. 

    Everything you asked for in a race buggy has been included in  this model: low profile cab forward body, big bore shocks, oil filled metal gear diffs (front, centre and rear), 3mm thick aluminium chassis, big beefy front and rear arms with equally tough camber links to dial in your suspension tuning, easy access battery tray and one of the simplest motor mounts you'll ever have the pleasure to use. This buggy ticks all the right boxes!

    Not only does it look good on paper it also has the performance to back up its credentials. The plush big bore shocks soak up the bumps like they were marshmallows and allow for infinite adjustment by using the threaded shock collars and the hop-up spring sets. For even more fine tuning you can use our great range of TrackStar shock and diff oils. Front and rear sway bars help to reduce body roll and you can also fine tune grip using the droop adjustment in each arm. There are 3 shock mounting holes on both shock towers and the front and rear arms to get your shocks working just right for track conditions on the day. 

    While this buggy can carve up the corners and track true on the straights it's on the jumps that it really comes alive, floating straight and level in the air it responds incredibly well to brake and throttle inputs to adjust your angle of attack for the landing.

    All this straight out of the box, but we know you won't be able to resist tinkering with it to get it just right for your local conditions so there are dozens of hop up options available and spares for those "whoops" moments when that concrete column jumps into the middle of your path.

    Unlike many race buggies the BZ-888 is also great off the track and can be just as fun as a park basher or just to get your dog chasing it for exercise (for those with particularly large back yards).

    Produit arriv avec un amortisseur tordu, et pas de pieces en stock donc produit inutilisable, le pire le retour se fait par hong kong si l'ont veux l'change !!!
    Les jeux mcaniques sont trangement levs.

    Nice but :

    Delivery with a shock absorber bent ! and no spare parts in stock... unusable !

    Also strange hight level of mecanical float, I remain skeptical about original quality and product tracking.

    Car is awesome. I live in Finland and it's -25 Celsius here. first ride with added 10k silicone oil to front diff works very well, i got 2x2S 5000mah lipos and power is more than enough. I noticed I can go full throttle and it will go totally forwards even as im driving in snow!! 10k diff oil makes huge impact. after ride it was icy and wet and there was no place in car that didn't have water in it, AND IT WORKS! absolutely best car for 220 you can ever get. you all should try this car!

    GreatRacer, big fun
    Out of the box, operated with 2x2s LiPo blazzingly fast, good quality (maybe the wheel nuts - lost one of those because I forgot to add screw-lock - could be optimized). Very robust (Im driving the buggy in a big, very rough and dirty highway construction site). Compared to a same price european manufactured 1:10 monster truck - roughly double speed, lot more punch.
    ==> really like the Basher :-)

    I don't know where you would find a better 1/8 buggy for anything like this price, I have another 1/8 buggy from a well known RC car brand, it cost over twice as much as this car and the 888 is just as good, impressive electronics, part and build quality is surprisingly good also- double check all the bolts and screws as standard, it's tough, powerful and very rtr, I would recommend an 18t pinion gear and watch the review on you tube by Aussie RC.

    the car is ok for the money the only problen is the tires that are useless.I use a 17T motor gear and 2x5000 60c battery .No broken parts other than a front lower suspenttion plate after a full speed crash with another car...
    The diferentials have no silikon so it must be filed with.

    LOVE THIS CAR.

    firstly i recommend 60c and upwards batteries and if your looking for parts just search for - A2038

    This thing is great for beginners and upwards. has great traction off road thanks to high torque motor, many parts are alloy (or upgradable to) so durable and receiver has long range. Plus who can argue with waterproof... it has been great fun playing with and upgrading. also if you fancy taking it out on the jumps you wont regret it.

    P.S perfect for any med to large dog owner that wants to give it a great work out on the field, i sometimes end up with group of panting dogs trying to catch up with it, when i take the pooch out

    Only one con is- at the moment is parts are only stocked in asia so can take a while for repairs.

    i bought this car just as a backup car to my mugen mbx7 eco. to my surprise it turned just as fast of lap times as my mugen. i couldnt believe it!!! only problem is you are prettty much on your own when it comes to setups. just be sure to buy some extra outdrives. they are a softer metal and need to be replaced every few races. but this is a great handling car, at a great price. i have ran several races on it and havent broken anything yet. i did upgrade steering servo to a trackstar, but am still using stock motor and speedcontrol without any problems. get this car, its really good on the track!!!

    schei* car, kugellager defekt.servo defekt, 2 antriebswellen defekt,mehrere schrauben nicht fest,wenn ihr den kauft dann bestellt viel ersatzteile mit.

    Esc was defective right out the box then the servo froze up the same day this siTe is not customer friendly u can't talk to a real person and response time is slow nice quality build jus bad cheap electronics I was better off getting the kit and building my own I would not recommend this to beginners who dnt won't to work on there rc
