    Basher "PitBull" 4WD 1/18 Mini Desert Buggy (RTR) is just like its namesake, small, tough and aggressive and should never be underestimated. This little desert buggy is the perfect crossover between indoors and outdoors and will happily jump down the steps at the back door and scream around the yard with no risk to your precious plants or lawn. But don't let its size fool you this 4WD is capable of serious speed and can take jumps that are usually reserved for 1/10 off-roaders.

    The PitBull needs all the grip it has in its super soft tyres to transfer the power from its 3530kV brushless motor that is crazy quick on 2S and ludicrous on 3S, try this at your own risk and get some lead to put in the front unless you like driving on the rear wheels.

    It has a super durable drivetrain and suspension but we know you are going to want to push the PitBull to its limits, so there is a great range of aluminium upgrades available to take it beyond what most people would consider reasonable abuse.

    Not only is the PitBull fun and tough it also comes as a true ready to run with a radio, 1500mAh LiPoly and 2S/3S charger which makes it the perfect gift or first RC car for kids and adults alike.

    We have been running the PitBull around the office, the car park and the local playground for a while now and it's hard to put the radio down. So if you want a serious little buggy for fun inside or outside the house this is the one to get.

    Took it out and ran it for a while, and a couple things are instantly noticeable.

    1. The stock tires are too small for how much power it has. Wouldn't be so bad if the truck weighed a bit more, but since it is so light it doesn't get traction.
    2. I'm going to have to rearrange the electronics because it pushes out on the roll cage making it too wide to clip onto chassis.
    3. The shocks don't have any oil in them so it just bounces over bumps. And also the springs in the front are a hair too stiff for my liking.
    4. A combination of tiny servo and not a heavy enough oil weight in the front diff cause it to power steer quite a bit. But that is a very common problem with these short wheelbase 1/18 scale rigs.
    Overall conclusion: For me it is a blast to drive, it is super fun for cruising around the yard or even the house if you wanted. The price point is definitely the biggest selling point. Especially with the inclusion of a remote and a 2s lipo/charger. It also was super fast shipping. I ordered it on the eleventh and it is here in the thirteenth. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

    It arrived fast and despite the car being loose in the box it came in everything was there, and the car is great. I had to fill the shocks with oil, and charge the lipo and then it was no hassle fun. Search Basher Pitbull 4x4 from HobbyKing for the video I uploaded. Great car at a great price.

    I purchased this car for $105, then the following week it is listed for $60. Customer service told me to kick rocks and there was nothing they could do to lessen the pain of my wallet being raped compared to anyone else who buys this car now, when I asked about it. I am never buying anything from HK again and will NOT recommend this business to anyone ever again.
