Camden Police Area Command in NSW, Australia is holding a charity night in support of Senior Constables ‘Jono’ Wright & Matt Foley.
In February this year, the two police officers were struck by a vehicle while performing a routine RBT check. It left both officers in a stable yet serious condition and both are facing lengthy recovery times. Both officers have young families whose lives have changed forever as a result of this incident.
In support of our Australian community, HobbyKing has proudly donated a drone to be auctioned off, to help raise funds for these officers and to support the local community. The event will also see many other local businesses and media, as well as 400 people, attend the night, which will be held at West Leagues Club in Leumeah. There will be raffle prizes, silent auction items, and live auction items, which will be conducted by 2GB’s Rat Hadley, all in support of such a good cause; event details below.
