Purchased some of these with their respective servo for my tricopter figuring id need some spares. Havnt actually had to replace any yet despite some decent crashes, I suppose that means they are pretty good.

I was thinking when i was buying the Turnigy 380MAX metal gear servo it would be a safe buy, BUT NO! The problem is that not every metal gear are made in metal!!

I use a BMS-385DMAX servo for the yaw on my tricopter and if I crash very hard the plastic wheel in the servo will break. This I a very cheap way of fixing a broken servo.

I bought BMS-385MAX servo but the only plastic wheel (black one) did not resist the effort of a small crash. It's good to know HK has replacement parts for servos.
