    Reliable Powerful Strong Servos

    I've been using Bluebird MG servos as rudder servos in IOM Yachts. I coat them further, with "LiquidElectrical Tape", for improved water resistance, especially around leads, as I sail in salt water and have rarely had a failure over 9 years.
    I find the gears need to bed-in a bit to stop chattering at first, but one sail and they are smooth, I've bought them for other IOM friends too and recommend them as a good, cost-effective servo.

    Improvement on BMS-620, I hope

    I've used the Blue Bird BMS-620 servos for about 9 years, with very few problems in IOM yachts. Waterproofing has been OK but I improve it by mainly coating whole servo case in "Liquid Electrical Tape" and coat circuit-board in Inox. Makes them very tough then.
    Hope these digital versus analogue contolles are better too. Should be.

    Its a good affordable servo for many 1/10 vehicles like road cars, buggies, stadium trucks, and 2WD SCT.
    For 4WD SCT I recommend a servo with 10+ Kg of torque.
    Not for 1/8 vehicles.

    Servo works great as a steering servo for the Quanum Vandal. Fits perfectly and runs well.
