More power than the original (MCPX). Works fine with Brushless 10A ESC for Micro Helicopter. Be sure that the connection to the ESC is good.
MCPX works with 9T. 8T would be better for higher pitch.

Nice Motor. More Power than the original one (MCPX). Works fine with Brushless 10A ESC for Micro Helicopter an BLHELI Firmware (Vers. 9).
Be careful that the connection to the ESC is correct and good.
9T from Hobbyking works. 8T would be better for higher pitch.

I bought this along with a 1.5mm 9t pinion (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=22674). So I tried to put the 1.5mm pinion on this motor and it is too big!!! The specs say 1.5mm for both! I bought an 8t 1.5mm pinion elsewhere and that was too big too! Ordered on 10/29/2012 and I finally have all the parts and start to assemble it 12/3/2012 and first thing I run into is this!!! Not happy!!!

need to cut and file out quite abit of plastic to fit into stock mcpx frame, works well with 9t pinion

I have this in my stock frame MCPX I did have to cut out some material but it did not affect the frame strength too much. This thing is great I love the power and extra head speed. I am running a 140mm solid tail and it holds great! I am using it with the 10amp esc that has the tail brushless esc on the same board. i just didn't use that part. I connected the motor strait to the board. I am loving it!! :)

Not very happy with this engine. It arrived with badly made winding in one mount hole. I tried to fix the bolt in this loose hole with a threadlock, but it went loose during a flight. So I finished the flight with the engine mounted on 1 bolt only! Now I tried a CA.

Hobbyking is the only one I know who sells the C05M motor with the 1.5 mm shaft. I bought a C05M motor at ebay with a 1.0 mm shaft and it was noisy; it was more expensive too.

Sehr zu empfehlen fr einen mcpX brushless Umbau. Arbeitet in meinem kleinen Heli einfach perfekt. Bin total begeistert von der kleinen Powermaschine. Da macht 3D gleich doppelt so viel Spa.
