Fast enough for 1/10 car steering;
Has enough torque for 1/10 2wd trucks;
Comes with horns, rubber spacer, mounting screws and stainless steel horn screw;
Packaged in a small, but good looking box;
Works with 2s LiPo, I checked it with 8.4V power source and it wasn't glitching or overheating.
Wide dead band - it centers kind of a bit lazy, almost like an analog servo, so can't recommend it for competitive racing or helis.
Motor is standard type with metal core, so it's not very responsive, can have trouble with a gyro.
All in I think for the price this is a great servo for park-flyers and 1/10 scale car bashers. Would definitely buy it again.These servos are made of good quality. Centering is good, they are fast and precise. I use them with a 2S LiFe and they are of very few backcurrent, leaving your powerline quiet clear ( seldom as of today!! ). Good construction. They work on my swash of a HK-600GT and no issues so far. Recommended product.Bought six of these Corona 538 HV servos and they operate well in my Edge 540 on a 5 cel NiHh battery. Centering, power and speed are quiet enough. Its unbelievable that the can produce these servos at this low price. A visual check of this six servos gave now flaws. Production quality in my view OkayI have those running on a swashplate from a HK-600GT with flybar on 2S LiFe. Good servo, fast enough for me, running smooth and good centering. Low play on gear train so nothing to complain. Servos have now about 5 flights. I will come back later on with a review-update to report, how they last.
Additional information: Gear train is greased, not much but sufficiant, I added some more greas to be sure it lasts long.
timo servo, boa qualidade dos matrias. Surpreendeu pelo desempenho, ate agora perfeito, comprarei mais unidades com certeza. Recomendo.Priced good and works well, metal geared and digital.This servo casing quality is lousy. I broken both side of the bracket in less then 5 runs.
Servo specs was pretty good but now I am stranded without a servo casing to replaced the broken one. And Hobbyking doesn't have one to replacedI am disappointed about this servo because it has on 6V and also on 7,4V a very bad centering. I bought two of them and wanted to mount it on the wings of an 1650mm F3A/3D EP hybrid Plane called Viper. You cannot fly any second precise without endless trimming when you use this servo. Too bad because the gear backlash is quite less but its my own fault that I bought such a cheap one to give it a try. Next time I order TY 1256TG's. They perform fast and good with a very precise centering.Used as a rudder servo in a 46-55 sized Extra sports plane (2S lipo). Only had about two hours flying on it so cannot report on longevity yet. First impressions are good though, good speed, torque and centring. I do plenty of rudder work (knife edges etc.) with the power on. If it lasts, then it's hard to imagine a better servo at this price.I'm going to use these to replace a couple of Hitec 311s which have been really disappoinging. These have great specs on paper and should be a great replacement
