For the price my absolute favourite! only issue is the bad soldering!! put evidentially some hot.glue at intern wiring and then you are safe. totally compares to 264mg savox!

I guess you need to give a good rating to have your review posted, anyways I tested the servo speed and it is .15 at 5v not even close to specs. I then ran the servo continuous and about a minute in it started cycling erratically, maybe I got a dud as it has good reviews but mine went in the trash and I won't be buying them again

I bought three of these to replace my 933's on a 450 Pro, after two were damaged in a crash.

The 933's were pretty good servos - smooth running with good centring, very little backlash in the gears and a perfect fit in the 450 Pro. On the downside, they seem to have fragile cases. I'd recommend using the HK servo arms, which are thin and quite flexible, and might offer some protection to the servo in a crash. You can use a back nut on the ball link bolt.

The main reason I decided to try the 922's was that the 933's were a bit slow - showing only 0.13s @ 5.9v on a servo tester.

I was therefore shocked to see the 922's show almost the same speed in the servo tester - 0.125s @ 5.9v.

Not only that, they also sound really harsh and rough, and have far more backlash in the gears than the 933's. I find it hard to believe they come from the same supplier.

In flight, on my 450 FBL, I had to reduce cyclic gains by 10 points from the value I'd used with the 933's, otherwise I would get a severe cyclic shake.

I also made the mistake of only ordering 3 servos - and the one I installed in the right aileron position oscillated around centre. After about 20 flights, it decided to shift it's neutral by about 30 degrees.

Overall, therefore, I think the 922's are nothing like as good as the 933's. I've since replaced them with Corona DS-929MG's. Although the Coronas have slighly more gear

I tested the servo and found it to be .15 on 5v nowhere near the stated speed, followed by running it continuous and it lasted about a minute before it started cycling erratically. Not worth sending back so it's in the trash.

Ottimo servo, robusto e preciso, l'ho utilizzato per gli alettoni del mio Funcub Multiplex, dopo un forte crash in picchiata i servi non hanno subito alcun danno e fanno ancora un'ottimo lavoro :-)

There have been many discussions about this servo on major web forums. Mostly, people don't read the specs that this is not .09/sec at 5V and only .07 at 6V. Theory aside, this is an awesome cyclic servo for a 450 class as it has a smooth and precise movement. It is "OK" as a tail servo on a 250, but a faster servo would be better. Overall, great value and great servo.
