    Introducing our Dr. Mad Thrust high performance EDF series. The Dr. has been hard at work to bring you MAD power EDF systems with excellent quality and high performance at a price that will leave some cash in your pocket.

    The Dr. Mad Thrust EDF series are pre-assembled and dynamically balanced making them easy to fit, with no unit assembly required. As well as high power, these fans have excellent cooling and run so smoothly, the sound is amazing. There is also no housing distortion unlike plastic fans. This high quality, powerful fan is a great way to turn your 40mm EDF jet into a speeding missile!

    This 40mm, 8-blade combo with the inrunner motor was developed by Dr. Bret Becker, for his record breaking Electrolyte Micro EDF sport jet, and is capable of pushing the model past the 100mph barrier. That ARF model will be available soon from HobbyKing, but you can get his prescription for power early for all your micro EDF projects!

    I haven't had time to test this item yet. It's intended for an old Flycat kit that never made it to the flight line. Quality seems OK and can't complain at that price, and 8,000 Kv - Wow!!!

    Well built fan! Machined aluminum duct/stator/mount makes for a kinda heavy unit, but it flew my project very well and it sounded oh so smooth and almost jetlike

    Duct, motor, fan,,,are OK.
    But motor to fan joiner is no good.
    I'd remake that from high carbon steel.
    Fan rotation speed is so terrible!
    Because I try to use a 4s battery.
    Max current is about 33A on 4s, thrust is up to 450g.
    I'll try to flight soon!
    I think it will be bullet or fireball 50:50...
