Durafly® ™ once again set the standard with this high quality JU-87G Stuka which has enough scale detail and features to keep any warbird enthusiast happy. The 1100mm range offers the RC pilot a practical size model that can be easily transported and uses the ever popular 2200mAh 3s Lipoly pack, yet at the same time, the model is large enough to have presence and is able to tackle most airfields, not to mention a little wind, making it very practical.

As well as looking fantastic, this Stuka is plug and fly, meaning very little assembly work is needed. The powerful outrunner motor, ESC, navigation lights & servos are all pre-installed leaving you to glue on the tailfeathers and some scale detailing, bolt on the plug in wings and go flying!

We have flown this superb Stuka extensively during testing and it will not disappoint, there is plenty of power for those really scale warbird maneuvers and the airframe is viceless with no hint of a tip stall. The pre-installed flap servos have a nice, slow operation to help prevent ballooning and the flaps themselves allow the approach speed to get down to a crawl without a hint of wingrock. There is no doubt, this is one fantastic looking warbird and it flies as easily as a low wing trainer!

Features:
• Ultra Scale Detail
• High Quality Construction & Finish
• Plug & Fly, simply add RX and Lipoly (not included) and fly!
• Optional 37mm Cannon Pod's, simply slide on
• Robust Undercarriage that can handle almost any strip

Trs bon avion, rien modifier, juste quelques collages parfaire.

I got your Ju87 ago. But the fly had yesterday. Plane class - I met all my expectations. Sustainable flight to the landing comes perfectly. Durafly keep it up. When released into production Ju88?

My first Durafly model, and I am a little disappointed. The plane came with one of the ailerons bent, even tho the package was not dented in the area. The nice white parts of the plane have yellow over spray on it. Maybe I am being to picky.

This is my fourth Durafly model, up until this point I have been very pleased with the products. In the case of the Stuka, the quality has gone way down hill. The unit is not white, the top of the main wing and the fuselage are a dirty yellow color, while other parts are white. A total mismatch.
I am VERY disappointed in the appearance.

I'm currently in the assembly process.

Right after opening I see the static flaps are fallen off. No problem I can fix it with some glue.

First step in assembly to glue the elevators to the tail. During this I noticed the whole fusalage and tail are slightly twisted. I tried to make it straight but no succes. Hopefully triming will be enough to balance it.

Then next step would be to mount the landing gear on the wings.
This supposed to be mounted with 4 screws. Problem is you can not screw in the screws vertically beause there is no room for your hand and screw driver from the landing gear. But the main problem is that the screw holes do not have screw threads and the material is so hard that it is not possible to screw in the srews.

I stopped building the plane here.
I might have to just glue the landing gears on, which means less strenght.

Finally got around to flying the Stuka today. I have had it built for several months, and was kind of intimidated by it. It just looked like it would be difficult to fly. Anyway, I shouldn't have waited. It required very little trimming, a bit of up elevator, and a couple of clicks of right rudder, and she was flying fantastic! Actually very stable in the air. It will do rolls, but they are slow and require some down elevator while inverted to keep from loosing altitude. Loops are big and open. I actually switched from low rates to high on this one to get a bit more response. It handled a light wind with no issues, and had no problems taking off from a grass field. It does have a tendency to flip on landings in grass though. I thought I had it down since it was rolling along nicely after touching down, but hit some thicker grass and flipped. No damage, except for the antenna on top of the canopy. I flew it twice, the second time with all the trims set, it was a joy to fly, and really looks good in the air. The flaps work well for slowing the plane down, and mine didn't pitch up when I deployed them initially at altitude to see how the plane would respond. Overall, I give this one 5 stars. Durafly has a winner with this one, and again, those low passes really look great with this plane!

Great plane for the money. Minor defect in mine? Tail was off by a small angle, did not really affect flight too much. Loves to torque roll so watch out.

Really happy with this plane. It was the first durafly model I bought, and through inexperience, it took me some time (months) to complete the build. Started the build a couple months ago, left it aside for a long time, and only completed the build last week. I was a bit woried about flying it. Looking at that wing, i was worried it wouldn't come off the ground without a long run-up, and I don't fly off a long runway :). All for nothing. The plane just about leaps into the air, and flies very well, if not awefully aerobatic. Flies a lot faster than I thought it would, and absolutely looks the part in fast fly-bys and dives. All in all - really pleased with it. Now all I got to do is find me some "Jericho trumpets" to attach to the wings :)

Love love love this plane! It flew nice and smooth, very little trim needed. It can do loops, rolls, etc. My maiden ended with a minor crash due to my hindsight with the elevator. It's tiny, so you need to up the throws for the ele. Mine couldn't yank up hard enough as I was so used to... such... hard yankings. But other than that, it held up well, no breakages, tough, tough, cg is dead on, love the design, love the feel of the flight, very highly recommended!
