Show de bola o aviao, me fez muito feliz.
Bons voos.

Very good plane, but dont use the glue who came with, and use a 40C battery or more, 2200mah = 6.5min.
I like.

Beautifull bird! Upgraded it to 60A. Came firmly packed to europe, no damage. I got a upgraded one. It has a seperate BEC and firm retracts are with suspension. Reinforced them anyway. During testing one retract servo broke down and the parellel switched steering servo was steering in the wrong direction so a RED reversed servo should be delivered here. HK was not willing to do act quick/profound so i solved it myself. Thanks HK :-(. Also reinfored the main wing with a carbontube, because in my opninion the wings glued surfaces are to small to take any bumpy landings. Also shortened the rigid part of the landing gear with 2 cm to get less momentum on the hinges. Bad weather here in Holland. Hope to fly it soon. For now i'm using it as a leafblower. Perfect! Some less crowns due to stiff-necked HK service and 2 malfunctioning servo's.
Finally a clear spot in this week. Flown it today with 3-4 beaufort. Great! Very agile. No landing gear problems. Needs pretty much speed to fly controlled, also with landing. Battery 2200 4s 40-50c is empty after 5-6 minutes. Visibility is not optimal. Needs contrast on nose and frontside of the wings. Lacks a bit of power. Another motor 3000-3200kv or stiffer fan may answer to that. Looks great with flyby's. Overall (after some initial repairs) good value for money.

Constant little quality problems and a recalcitrant servicedesk to face at HK.

It's a very easy to build plane.

I reinforced the wings with 2x3mm carbon fiber tubes, just in case.

The paint job is not really good, with smears of red paint all over. The white foamd shows finger marks as well. C'mon! wash your hands!

I added 45g of lead to the tail to balance.

I maidened her today with a turnigy nano-tech 2200mAh 25c 4s.

The batt fits nicely in the compartment and was enough to haul the plane around for 4 minutes.

The first flight was without dual rates and I needed all my skills to bring her back. .

Second flight with 50pcnt DR and 70pcnt expo. Much nicer but it felt tail heavy. Landing was like a Harrier, thanks to the suspension LG no damage done.

Third flight I removed 10g of lead and now she was ok.

This plane is quite fast and the EDF sounds nice.

Not a beginner's plane. But I liked her.

Dear Friends, I finally give up with the original retracts, they are bad and weak, so I change them by the servoless retracts offered by OK, look at my pictures here to https://picasaweb.google.com/110039229241646363976/DropBox?authkey=Gv1sRgCK3iv_vjpsftuwE#

now the plane is heavier, but the complete airframe is truer and in my opinion it would fly better, I am going to fly it this week end, so I inform you later my flying debrief.

This plane is much better when you fly it, because the quality of the materials is no so good (brittle foam, poor qty retracts, poor fixation of the retracts to the main wing), but if you make some improvements by yourself, I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful bird as I do. First reinstall the main retracts after reinforce all the involucrated area of the foam wing with epoxi, try to punch with a sewing needle the area first to asure good bond and strengh of the area, once the epoxie is totally dry, reinstall the main landing gear. To avoid the constant glitches of the landing gear servos, I install a new servoextension on the gear cables in order to have any of the landing gear servos in separete chanels of my radio (futaba 8uap) so I can use the ATV to exactly regulate the up and down position of each leg, so problem solved, no glitches at all, once you regulate all the chanels separately (ch 5, 7 and 8), you mix them to chanel 5, and all of them operates with the same switch. Finally, take care with the main wing fix, I needed to reinstall one main wing because the original glue does not did the work well, I recomend you epoxie it in place instead of the original glue, and reinforce at the root with scotch tape (actually I rei force all the plane with cell tape to avoid the dents and scratches because of the poor EPS foam qty). Ok now you are ready to enjoy a very scale l

Retracts are rubish ! Waste of money unless HK offers it with servoless retracts in the future.Tryed to take off from asphalt twice and LDG collapsed damaging wing tip and stabilizer. Steering system is also of a very bad design.

Very disapointing.

Upgrade wth a servoless and it should become a great model
