The Falcon is one big wing! This fun model is made from ultra tough EPO with carbon spars running the both the top and bottom of the wing, which is just as well, flying wings tend to get flown like they have been stolen!

The decals leave a little to be desired if we are honest but it's nothing a bit of coloured tape won't sort out. Being a kit leaves you to choose which Hobbyking power train and servo's you install, which means this should be one cheap model for those days when you want to take your brain out!

Good plane if you don't push it too hard or fast. Its really nice to fly & looks geat in the air. However there's way too much flex in the whole airframe, the Stock elavons are garbage & so are the canopy magnets, the canopy would fly off by itself during flight & go through the prop! Then you'll spend 20 minutes trying to find it & the tiny prop-chewed peices to glue back together again (if you find it at-all!!). The elavons after being heavily modified by being removed & shaped then adding a stiffening rod of carbon fibre & x4 ca hinges still "flutter" causing crazy vibrations that eventually popped a servo out & lead to a massive crash resulting the death of the plane. Spend you hard earned money elsewhere unless you intend to slope it or slow parkfly!

Built this in maybe 8-10 hours total (I am quite new to these). I didn't do a perfect job but after some glide testing (a few tosses) I put some power on and went for it. I've gotta say I love this wing! Flies pretty well in a bit of wind, too. I'm using turnigy 22-something (1400 Kv) 8x3.8SF, 2650 nanotech 3s - got unlimited vertical. I think it's pulling about 15A so could get more out of it (motor is rated 200w, 21A). Seems to pitch down a bit when I put on throttle though, especially at low speed. Might have to correct that somehow.

Hello! Im from Ecuador, South America, bought this flying wing in USA and brought it to my country. It flies awesome!! just as the review video on youtube by HK! I swear! the 2.2 mah batt gives you almost 10 minutes of fly time at full throttle!!. Stickers are crap thou, so take them out and put on some decals or paint it as you please. One suggestion...cover the wing with film....ITS A WHOLE NEW WING!! BELIEVE ME!! It gets stiffer and flies like a hawk!! Great first wing for the price!! I just cant get tired of it!!

not bad wing.. i really liked the looks and bought it and found out very quickly it was slow cruising flier.. LOL added: HXT 2835 (380S) 2700kv Brushless Inrunner, and what an increase in speed and the motor and prop sounds really good on full throttle. 6x4 and 2200 3s nano tech. you can get about 6-10 min i would think, depends on your flying mode. i only stay up 5.25 min and it's time to land at around 3.80 per cell. i report you decide..

Provided glue is great. Give it minute on each side before putting together. Creates a strong and flexible bond, so no cracking or letting loose.

Wing to fues interlock could be better, thicknesses are off a bit, but glued wings together using the interloc as a guide, and the wings came out straight, whih is more important than the thicness difference.

Ailerons seemed too strong of a hinge, so I cut them off and tried some hinges on surface, didnt turn out too well, so I cut down some balsa ailerons from a larger plane, and used CA hinges, worked great. Except my ailerons are thicker the the plane, but they work, so I am happy.

I removed decals and painted, Should have put more thought into the color scheme, but painting worked fine (testors model paint)

Overall for the price it is good. biggest issue would be the ailerons, everythign else is Aplus

I was interested till I saw the shipping costs as much as the plane. seems hobby king cheats on its shipping to make its prices look cheaper

EMS Express to USA (MAX 2kg)$36.79 < that way over charged

there no way in hell I am paying 74 dollars for this item with shipping =)

really you should charge 59.99 like everyone else rather than being deceptive and dishonest on your shipping costs

Perfect plane for flying, perfect for FPV setup, perfect in everything - but its a JIT item!!!JIT item - you have to wait extra 4-5 days before it will be shipped to you - so there is no reason to pay for express shipping!
