this is the best set ive found anywhere. ready in seconds, no fuss or mess with antenna or wires or a patch or stand to lug just a small zip up pack and your plane. by far the best video and pictures and with the FatShark preditor head goggles 80inch disply you are really in the cockpit useing the FatShark pan n tilt to scan the sky and the ground freely looking where you want truley made me forget i was still on the ground and coulpled with the FatShark camera a hd high quality picture the color is breath taking! I am very impressed! ive flown it a few times now and i found i dont want to land and go home. but it is like a vacation everytime i go now! REALLY VERY LITTLE MONEY TO MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE THANKS AGAIN HOBBYKING!

Googles are good. Not possible to requlate distance between eyes it's problem if you have different that is. Resolution and FOV are good for hard FPV flying such as thru wild forest on quadcopter (with 160 degrees lens). Longlife with default battery. Convinient brightness and contrast regulator.

Transmitter with 5.8Ghz it's for very short distance with line of sight only. If you fly on top youself cloverleaf antennas must have.

Camera... I've get the camera with damaged contact joint, some central lines don't have a contact. Disassemble and soldering solve problem, but camera stay almost B&W with inverted BW colors. Not too convenient. Two mic's with left and right always catch something and bending. Not good mount only two screw that hold body itself or 3M. And too low resolution.

Took me a while to get it working. Turns out that the camera's crystal timing component had come off the circuit board. I could get audio from the camera but no video, only a dark grey screen. My brother and I managed to get it soldered back on and secured it in with hot glue.

Kinda frustrating that a brand new, unused unit would get sent out with a fault like this. Thank goodness the metal casing of the crystal didnt cause any shorting or secondary damage, that I know of.

all ok except the leads are all intermittent making the system cut in and out ,, making for a real bad situation every time you move your head or the connection lead ,it totally freezes , thanks now need to buy all the leads to fix this ,and im not very happy,but other than that ,i do not see great quality as said ,just standard and still got faulty bits attached ,, why can they not make them better with a simple power switch for a start and quality leads to connect .

Super recomendadas, muy buen ebalaje y despachan el producto por avion en modo rpido sin haberlo pagado. Encendieron perfecto, vino todo lo includo en el kit. La cmara es bastante buena, con muy buen angulo para fpv. Resta solo probar la distancia de alcance del equipo a sabiendas de que es bastante mas limitada que la de un equipo 1,2 de 800mw.
Y la resolucin de las gafas y el sonido tambin, todo muy bien, hasta las us un par de veces en la pc y para ver TV. LLame Y !!!

these have a very norrow point of view and they are not adjustable for people that have wide or narrow eyes.



there is a large black border around image, its like doing fvp sitting about a metre away from a 9" lcd



the receptin was great for the limited range flying i did, but for anything longer than about 100 metres i would upgrade the tx

Beware if you buy this unit from HK.
My camera arrived defective. The cable socket into the camera was loose and was not even soldered to the PCB that makes up the camera. How do I know? The socket came out when I picked up the camera for the first time!
Now I have to consider throwing my Predator into the ether that is HK warranty support to probably never see it again.
This appears to be a manufacturing problem and with it being a FatShark, I thought at least it was a reputable product and I wouldn't need to send it back in the first place...
Hence why I took the gamble with HK...

Perfect! Yesterday i did my first amazing journey with FPV!

Bring a chair because it's impossible to stand! :)

This kit is incredibly easy to install and use, and move between airplanes you cannot believe it! I'm VERY satisfied!
