Test setup: 3s 2200mAH, 5X5 TGS Sport propeller, (I know it is rated for 2s)
After running approximately 30 seconds: 11.4V, 19.7A, 225W, 470g thrust.
The outer case (rotor) was only slightly warm to the touch, but there was a slight overheat smell so I touched the stator mount and I could barely keep my fingers on it so the setup is a bit agressive for this motor, use at your own risk, I know I will, lol Good balance, runs smooth.

bought these for my mini quad, they are working excellent, also appear to work on 3s as well as 2s and run cool (using 6x4 props). Running the 10amp SS esc's. Very smooth!!

In my specification environment, it is as follows.

There is no problem in power and durability now.

However, since the current cut by ESC will take place if a full throttle is used, it is necessary to make the preset value of a throttle curve about 85pcnt at the maximum.

This motor is speced at 2S but works well with 3S, good value for money, and very cheap.

Used this motor initially for my scratch built, 24" wingspan F-22. With an all up weight of just over 10oz. it scooted along at just over 60mph with a 1000mAh 40C 3S battery. Great little motor. I really want to get more to make an aerobatic hyper Xcopter with, but they are out of stock now.

Almost at once it was necessary to rewind. Thin to you at first has bent, and has then broken. But the shaft is a lot of falling.

I love this little motor. I used an online calculator for the prop size and pitch and found that with a 3S LiPo, it will turn a 6x3 no problem with a pitch speed of 91mph. On my 10oz. scratch built F-22 with a 24 inch wing span, this setup with an 18A ESC pushes my plane to just over 60mph. On a cold and windy day, with winds at 20mph and 25-30mph gusts, I took it to the ball field at the school ground and flew it around with no problem on full throttle for 4 minutes. I brought it in and the motor and ESC were cool to the touch. The battery was a little warm so I used it to warm my hands a little. Ha ha! All in all a great little motor and a great price.
