Nice small heli but the quality is not top notch albeit it is cheap! Order two of these to make sure you can build the heli, my model was not complete. You will also have spare parts if something happens as they quickly adds up to a new heli.

Looking through the shop catalog at first I didn't pay attention to this kid. Then became interested, ??????? all Internet and understood, the helicopter very quite good and responses, including the zabugrovy most positive. One even shed a few tears that, the pier during an era of a financial crisis is compelled to leave this small miracle, to sell! ! ! Konkretno:stabilno hangs, not badly fights against a wind, qualitative plastic flies on accumulators 2S and 3S. Judging by results of two-hour wandering on the Internet this kid very much is pleasant to all!

That little Heli is one of my favorites - it is cheap and actually very stable. I enjoyed hundreds of flights without upgrades....

Now I made it flybarless....very simple and cheap to do at no cost at all - just about one hour of tinkering! I will post pictures in the the files tab, they show it all. All I needed was a short piece of fuel tubing and a small plastic ring (cut from a ball pen) to lock the slider on the main shaft....

Result: without a 3 axis gyro it is still very stable, perfect to hover around and do slow circuits. Only problem is the heli has a tendency to pitch up when you transition to forward flight which can be easily controlled.

Next I installed a tarot xyz - it is just great. Smooth and a pleasure to fly, no more pitch ups!

Btw the canopy in the picture is still the orig one, just cut out larger and a insert from a soft drink bottle.....

I enjoyed it and mount it to set it up. Unfortunately, the product is all plastic. The games after the first flight increased compromising the setup. Lacked the screws of the main rotor blades. The product is worth what it costs!

This is a cute heli and was fun to build. It is very light (much lighter than the HK250) and quite fragile. Makes a lovely soft noise while hovering...(or hoovering as is often said in these reviews).
I find the new 750mah Nano-tech batteries (made up into a 2S pack) work very well. Lighter than the 3S 850mah Nano-tech I tried at first, and seemed better suited to this application.

I just ordered one because I have an old HELIMAX AXE CP that the tail motor is burn't and do not want to keep going thru them.
First thing I'm going to do is but all the electronics from the AXE CP which are as follows and see how it works.
a 380 brushed motor
the stock servos
a Turnigy brushed ESC
the stock receiver and radio
a Telebee Gyro
a 11.1volt 910Mah Lipo
After I will upgrade to Brushless.
Please advise any thoughts.

I received this product and I'm starting to put it together. I do have to say other than the very small parts this thing is pretty kool. The only thing that I did not like was the main gear did not have a hole cut to lock the main shaft on. I replaced the two screws that held the flybar with other screws that held better. Even though I have not flown it yet I think it will do good.

Ok,I've just finished to assembly the kit (without electronics, wich are on theyr way).
I had a problem with the tail hub, which didn't fit a screw.. thread locker adjusted all.
I like this heli very much. Only $14 for a gaui hurricane clone. Ok, it's all made of plastic, but it's so funny!
I cutted the canopy to make the hole to fit the transparent part to glue onto.
Well done! i cant wait for electronics stuff!

That's my setup:

Turnigy nano-tech 850mah 2S 25~40C Lipo Pack

HXT500 5g / .8kg / .10sec Micro Servo X3

HobbyKing GA-250 MINI-MEMS Gyro with
D05010MG 5.7g / .61kg / .07sec Digital Metal Servo

Turnigy 2623 Brushless Motor 4500kv with
15T pinion

HobbyKing Red Brick 20A ESC

OrangeRx R610 Spektrum DSM2 6Ch 2.4Ghz Receiver with
OrangeRx R100 Satellite Receiver

This little heli is absolutely great; with a 4500Kv motor 2s 800ma i can fly 8 Min! I have Hxt 500 servos and the 401 Gyro, so it might be on the heavy side...bit its agile, precise and stable like no other heli this size.

Landig gear is very fragile. Tip: get the landing gear plate of the 250GT, cut out the 2 braces and vola - 1.08$ fix.
