Nice and cheap plane to learn to fly. 4 servos (9g), 30A ESC and the recommended motor and you are flying at a very low cost.

Buy the kit with the motor as it has enough power for unlimited vertical. With this plane you can float around searching for thermals or fly mild pattern style aerobatics. No 3D. I now have over 60 twenty minute flights on mine and I would buy it again. I use a 6-4 or 6-4.5 prop with the stock motor and a 3 cell 2200mah battery. Mine does have a couple problems. Don't trust the factory glue joints on the arf. They are really poor! All three of them. Take the time to glue it together with epoxy you won't be sorry. The ailerons are undersized so mix in some rudder it helps improve the roll rate considerably. I Used brightly colored tape to reinforce the hinge points, wing underside and leading edge, and the bottom of the fuselage. Don't forget to use the thread locking compound and your good to go.

This is a very good plane. Very stable flight caracteristics in the air and fast. It is also a good sailplane. Go up in the sky and turn the engine down. Keep the nose down for speed and up you go!
Use APC prop 6x5 for best results. y don t trust the added props.

One of the best starter planes

Amongst the best learner planes out there at a bargain price. It will grow with you too as it handles well at slow floating speeds as well a medium speed acrobatics. Great to learn on as it is a pusher and you can hand launch and belly land. I started learning on this plane and was able to fly solo within 6 flights, as a complete beginner.

Definitely get the cheapest model and click on the motor in the Accessories tab and order it too, You'll need a 2200 3s Lipo, four Hextronik 9g servos and 25A BEC3amp speed controller, all available through HK. If you dont have a radio get a basic Radio Tx/Rx, like Turnigy 4,5,6 or 8 channel. I started with 9x Before you build its a good idea to watch the xjet AXN build youtube vid. Can take off on short grass in the park or throw launch but watch the dive when you crank it on.

what a brilliant plane got this about a year ago, on the first flight it was a dream to fly until i somehow got confused and ended up nose diving into the floor snapping the plane in half, but within half an hour it was glued back together and still flys perfect to this day, it was easy to put together and for a first time build it took me quite a while (2hours) but in the end it turned out fine just remember the loctite or you will loose some screws in flight like me.

nice plane, this is my first plane and it was no problem to me to build it and get it in the air. Its also no Problem to repair the foam with some glue or hot water.

I like to call this a perfect beginner plane, because its cheap repairable and easy to fly. And it has enough space for fpv equip and at least 20 min flight time.
