The FrSky S.BUS to PWM Decoder allows you to use any standard analog or digital servos with your S.BUS compatible receiver. This eliminates the need for using pricey S.BUS specific servos allowing you to use your models existing servos.

Featuring 4 programmable channel outputs, you can independently assign each servo to a channel of your choice while only having to connect one input lead from your receiver. This makes your wiring much more tidy and allows for easy setting up of your servos without the need for running multiple extension leads.

This is a great device to use in conjunction with our Orange 7CH and 9CH S.BUS compatible receivers!

Includes:
FrSky S.BUS to PWM Decoder

Specs:
Channel Outputs: 4 programmable
Channel Ouput Lead Lengths: 200mm
Overall Length: 350mm

*Note: FrSky Servo Channel Changer required (sold separately, see related items below) to change assignment of channel outputs.

Handy way to get 4 extra channels

Nov 01, 2019

These are great to use on an SBUS receiver to get 4 extra channels. You do need the programmer though, otherwise all 4 channels respond to ch1. Just be aware they are really designed for digital servos, though you might get away with analogue servo, but they can be prone to runaway jitters which could be disastrous on a critical channel - for something like a nosewheel servo though, I take the risk.

Excellent product

I use these through out my EDF jets to reduce the enormous clutter that comes with 12 things to plug in. They work flawlessly with my Futaba S-bus system. Highly recommend. I've also used the Assian units which have 4 connectored leads. They also work well and are sometimes easier to install because of the leads. These units perfectly free up the use of S-Bus to any set up. Works with retracts, ESC, e-switches and servos.

FrSky 4 channel S.Bus PWM Decoder

Jun 11, 2019

This decoder worked well, but it requires either the futaba or Frsky s-bus programmer. I programmed my with the Futaba SBC-1 S bus programmer. it only took about 1 minute to program. Now I can have 4 additional channels for my 7 channel receiver. I was unable to use the Futaba TX model 16 SZA to program this device.

Talk about fit for purpose

Building a two engine plane with ailerons, fowler flaps and maybe slats. A tee extension from the receiver, one of these in each wing, minimal wire clutter. They work like a charm and are easy and quick to program with the SBUS Decoder

Expand the X8R receiver with more 4 channels. Its indispensable the SBUS programmer to change the channels, other wise you stay with channels 1 to 4 duplicated.

Brilliant device - it takes just a couple of minutes to allocate channel numbers to the four analogue outputs (using an FrSky S.BUS Servo Channel Changer - PRODUCT ID: 236000008), plugged it into the S.Bus port of an FrSky X8R receiver - bound the RX to my Taranis (in D16 mode - allocated enough channels e.g "CH1-12") & straight away got another four analogue servo channels (twelve in total) at my disposal..... both superb & simple - virtually "plug & play"! ... AND... if you still want more - you can add a second of these to the receiver's S.Bus port using a Y lead, & get another 4 analogue servo channels ... Radio control was never meant to be this simple ;-)
