I like this video transmitter because of its small size and high voltage range meaning I can connect it straight to Vbat. It comes with an antenna, which is good, but the antenna is pretty bad and I would recommend getting a cloverleaf antenna. The switches to change the frequency and channel are really annoying too. I also wish it would work on more channels. Overall, it is a good transmitter that gets the job done, however, it is very basic.

wrong type of connectors as stipulated in their advertisement for this product.

Just arrived and the first thing that I noticed was that the antenna connectors are not SMA's as stipulated in both the description and specification's. They are the SMA-RP types. I ordered this Tx from HK because I wanted to utilize my other antennas which are sma's. All other websites that i researched stated that the connectors are sma-rp and thought that HK had a different batch made up with sma's. I have not tested the operation yet so i'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hobbyking needs to pay closer attention to insure correct description of the items that they sell.

small size and light weight make it perfect for miniquads. the dip switches are a little frustrating to use sometimes so that is why it is 4 stars

Nice little transmitter for staying legal if you don't have your HAM Tech license. I plan on getting mine but wanted to be able to use FPV in the mean time. I don't plan on my vehicle being more than 100m away, so with the right antennas I might not even need to buy a higher Mw Tx.
