It's a great motor

Nov 14, 2007

This great motor was used with GWS 6x3 prop, HXT 2S1P 1300mAh battery and I put this set on Ugly Stick (weight 260g). It was very good 'cause I can fly for several minutes (around 40 average).

high power motor

Nov 14, 2007

This motor works fantastic. It is very smooth running and quiet, but extremely powerful. Using a 3s1320mAh TP pack and a 9X6 APC propeller it develops 110 watts in flight at 11 amps. One warning is that it should be used for less than five minutes at WOT for motor longevity. Excellent power at a low cost.

Flight time up to 40 minutes

Nov 14, 2007

Do you want up to 40 minutes flight time with Piper Pico J3 from GWS?

This motor 2205 is a must, with prop 8X4.3 and bat 1600mA it will reach this flight time performance.

although the motor appeared nice I had prob with it from the first time I tryed to run it. I'm sure I just got unlucky with mine but it kept cutting on and off and never ran right

GWS Brushless Outrunner 27g (2

Nov 14, 2007

i use this on my indoor blade (220g) i use a 15C 600 mah lipopach, a 12 amp ESC and a gws 8x4 thin prop. hovers great plenty of power to pull out of the hover. i also tested it with same setup but with a 8x4 gws prop, black, a little thicker and that made it go down in rpm in hovers, most likely because of too many amps thru the ESC. all in all a very good indoor motor.

Low Amp drain and a lot of power for my minislinger.
