I have T-rex 450 clone with the Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 2) (v2 Firmware),Flymentor 3D helicopter stabilisation System and H-King 60A Brushless Speed Controller. I can get the servos to work fine, but the motor won't run. I've tried the motor on another Helicopter and it works fine.

Bought this one to fit my scorpion 2221-6 engine bot they dont seem to like eachother, sending the wrong signals to the engine that makes it spin the wrong way in the beggining. otherwise i think this esc would be grate bot not to that engine!

Good ESC.
I tested on a HK450 but it was not possible set the soft start with the programming card so I replaced it on my F22 70mm EDF plane.
Good quality.

It seems a VERY GOOD ESC. I'm starting to test it on my HK450V2 heli.
I did not used the programming card and the super soft start setting yet, but I'll do asap.

I bought 2 One blew up the BEC section when a small hi revs in-runner spat its prop pulling about 40 amps. Still works with external BEC or battery fine. However, you MUST cut the red lead that goes to the RX (the center one) or you will do more damage.

Good value for money. Small and lightweight. No connectors included. Difficult to program manually. Even with soft start programmed the heli starts with a kick that risks to ruin the blades. The programming card is useless as it does not include all functions.

I'm using this speed control with a 55A motor and 18v (5s) battery in my sig kavalier .46 nitro conversion. Actual load according to the charts with a 12x6 prop should be closer to 40A. Initially in testing it got quite hot so I ended up mounting it to the underside of the plane. It stays stone cold that way so probably an internal mount with plenty of ventalation would be fine.

So far no issues. I have about 20 flights on it and each tends to last around 15min. I'm using an older style 72mhz FM radio with it.

All in all I would recommend this speed controller. Make sure you have some air flowing over it.

Love this device, but I am having one problem. I am getting a single beep every 8-10 seconds and not sure what it means. Manual is not helpful. Also this device is running hot. I am running it on a Trex 450 with 450 size TP2415-03T 4850KV motor and 11.1V 2200MaH lipo. Any Ideas what this beep means?
